Our story

Where TYA began.

TYA Club was born from a simple question: What if young adults had a space to learn the things that classrooms often don't teach? The concept was founded by Kiran Babu P, following nearly a decade of research, observation and conversations across multiple cities, exploring what young adults need... to become confident, independent and future-ready.Anoop Jaju and Sreyansh Jain joined the journey, bringing fresh perspectives, energy and ideas to the concept. Together, they reimagined the idea and gave it a new identity — TYA Club: Transforming Young Adults.Today, TYA is envisioned as a space where young adults don't simply learn from someone at the front of a room. They meet, interact, question, experiment, share, play, reflect and learn from one another.Because preparing young adults for the future isn't just about what they know. It's about who they become.

The Idea

They meet.They question.They become.

A room for the person they are becoming.

India’s future lies in the confidence, character and capabilities of its young people. TYA Club aims to bridge the gap between knowing and doing, helping young adults develop essential life skills through hands-on experiences, games, discussions and peer learning. By nurturing independent thinking, communication, emotional intelligence, leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, we empower them to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. More than a club, TYA is a community where young people discover their strengths, learn from one another and grow together. Because transforming young adults today means shaping a more capable, confident and future-ready India tomorrow.

Our point of view

Belonging, purposeful Missions and visible progress help confidence grow through experience.
